Benefit of requirement-based studio

I just had to let go of a 7-year-old student who was over-committed and not making time to practice. The mom and I are still friends and ended on good terms. I woke up this morning to an email from mom asking if she could take her daughter’s place instead because she enjoyed the lessons so much! Being a requirement-based studio really does pay off on so many levels!

What a great example the mom has the opportunity to set as well! Very cool story!

This exact thing happened to me in a group class of four. I had to unfortunately let them all go. One of the mothers herself came back for her own lessons, then proceeded to join Simply Music and become a teacher herself!
