An Opportunity, An Invitation: Music Rhapsody

I want to invite you to consider taking advantage of an opportunity to impact young children and families, find great pleasure in small things, and grow your studio in rewarding ways. I know you’ve heard about Music Rhapsody, the Early-Childhood music and movement program. This summer we had a Live Training with Lynn Kleiner, the creator of Music Rhapsody and it was really something special. Teachers were engaged in experiencing the curriculum through hands on activities every day–learning to play the sopranino and the ukulele, understanding how repetition is critical for a child’s participation in activities, discovering improvisation on the Orff instruments (xylophones, glockenspiels, etc), and how learning through playing allows children to experience both surprise and delight in music making and experiencing themselves as musicians. Teachers also learned about developmental stages of children and the way that Music Rhapsody grows with a child, from birth through age five.
The Music Rhapsody Program provides you with complete, concise, detailed lesson plans for 40 weeks. There are complete live classes to watch along with videos of each and every activity taught for each of the five age groups. There are lyric sheets, Lesson At A Glance references for class use, notation for every song, downloadable playlists for each and every class, marketing materials and studio support materials. All of this is available to teachers online.
There are two more Live Trainings this summer and they are worth every penny. We will be in Salt Lake City August 16-18 and in New York City August 23-25. The cost of the training is only $450 and it includes ALL of your Module One (10 weeks) complete lesson plans, videos, lyric sheets, playlists, notation, studio support materials and marketing materials for ALL FIVE age groups. That is an amazing deal. We are still enrolling for both locations and the deadline is August 6.
The distance based training will be available beginning August 6. The cost of the distance based training is $550. As wonderful as it is, there is nothing like an in-person training with Lynn Kleiner. If you don’t know about Lynn, please visit www.MusicRhapsody.com to learn about her decades of leadership in early-childhood music education. Lynn has been teaching Early-Childhood music for more than thirty years. She brings a wealth of expertise and experience to Music Rhapsody. Her program is based on the solid research and years of working with thousands of children and teachers around the world.
I want to let you know that the prices you see for both the Live and Distance-Based trainings are an INTRODUCTORY price. The cost of both the Live Trainings and Distance-Based Trainings is going to increase significantly. If you are considering teaching Music Rhapsody, I encourage you to do it now.
Remember, children and parents always love their first music teacher. Those babies you teach soon become those six year olds who would never want to take piano with anyone but you! Having grown up with the Simply Music piano pieces integrated into their first musical experiences means that they will be some of your brightest and best Simply Music students–just imagine how exciting that will be!
I hope you will seriously consider the opportunity. This is all about our vision of people having music as a lifelong companion. It is about people experiencing their natural musicianship, beginning at conception (yes, look for a prenatal component 🙂 and through to ascension. You’re already playing a very important part in realizing this vision. This is just a new step that is there for the taking.
