My question is about calendars that allow students to register for classes. I know many kindermusik sites have this option and I would like to add it to mine for my SMR classes.
What do you use, is it easy to insert into your site?

I use a program many KM educators use: Jack Rabbit. It has loads of functions for allowing online enrolments, scheduling and keeping track of classes/families/students and a lot more. I’ve been really happy with it.

I recently checked out Schedulicity for this type of service. They have webinars every week to show you what they offer. It’s not that expensive. You would add a link to your website to direct people to the calendar. I haven’t pulled the trigger on this yet, but am considering it… Would love to know what you think of it and also what other people are using.

I use Music Teachers Helper for this purpose and for my accounting and online payments. I do not know of a way to add it to your website without this kind of service.
I wish I had more time to research this kind of thing. I would love to have the calendar on my main website. I will be interested in hearing what others use. I looked into Simplify This , it wasn’t quite right for me but it is worth a look.

I’ve been researching this area for a while. I used Musicteachsershelper.com for a few years but had issues with software bugs. I love the look/features of schedulicity but I think the problem was that it does not handle multiple teaching locations. I went to simplifythis.com because it offers what I need. I’m also looking at clickbook.net and appointment-plus.com.
