Multiple family member discounts (more than 2 people)

I have been contacted by a family that’s interested in having all four of its family members take lessons from me (2 kids and 2 parents). I usually offer a 10% discount for multiple family members, and I know about one teacher’s policy of offering a steeper discount in the case of family members enrolled in the same lesson if there are a certain number of other students enrolled in that class.
I would like to hear from some teachers who have more than 2 family members enrolled in lessons and what their policies are on discounts in such situations, both for family members enrolled in the same lesson and for those in separate classes. I’m so aware of the cost-benefit analysis of SM lessons vs. traditional lessons; still, I’d appreciate some input on helping me further flesh out my policy on discounts.

If families enroll 3+ students, whether in the same class or different classes, I offer $10 off per month, which at my price point is about 8% less than regular tuition.

For the second family member, I give $20 off (about 15% of my monthly tuition). 3rd and subsequent members, $40 off the regular price. I know I am probably too generous… few took me up on it till recently, but suddenly I have whole families enrolling. I may need to change that next year.

I do 10% off for other household members, but I do offer a deeper sibling discount for a sibling in the same lesson – closer to 40%. I am probably being too generous too, but I do charge $140 to begin with. It all depends on what feels right to you and what you can live with.
