Any suggestions for in-person lessons while I have a black out? Won’t get power till after the lessons. Level 1 through to 3, kids, the adult I think I’ll just move if the powers not on at his lesson time

Cate R. pull out your music pads and get the kids on those while you sing with them. Play some rhythm games. It’s always a challenge to think of something new.

If they are on keyboards, have them use them as practice pads to go through their songs. If they are on a piano, shine light to put their hands in plane position for a particular song. Then, turn the flashlight off and have them play their songs without looking at their hands or keys.

I have a USB battery back up that can power my keyboard and modem for Internet, for about four hours. As well, I use flashlights to help provide enough light. I’m thinking of getting a bigger back up battery that can power my keyboard and modem for a longer time., In case of a longer power outage.
