Using The Jazz Program Audio Recording

This program is fantastic and I’m just getting started. I have one question though. How is the Audio Recording used?
Joanne J., Perth, Wesern Australia
The Jazz Band audio recording is absolutely the best part! Once you can play the various chords easily in each project for each song the next step is to play them with the audio recording through the relevant projects until you can play each one with ease with the audio (tricky at first but hang in there if it is a challenge, the rewards are fantastic. If you find it TOO challenging, it is just that you haven’t processed the projects sufficiently
enough yet – it won’t happen overnight but it will happen!). That accomplished, the fun can really start – make up/improvise your own rhythm tracks to each song and really begin to feel the music and revel in the freedom all your practice has given you – the magic is that the process we go through to get to this point has given us the tools to do this.
Using the audio recording drop in ANYWHERE on those beats and not always with the same rhythm – vary it, have a ball! Being traditionally trained and only in classical music, Jazz was a total mystery to me – it is fantastic to have had this door opened in such an accessible way to begin a whole new musical journey of discovery. As always, if we are faithful to the process ‘MAGIC DOES HAPPEN’ – Once more ‘Thank you Neil’!
