I used to… so I know it fairly well if you have questions. But I like Zoom better mainly because it is a more common platform so less to get the students comfortable with.

I used it before with only 2 families. I didn’t have issues with it dropping but that was LONG before the entire world was on. But “at the time” it didn’t have a waiting room, maybe now it does? I like Zoom better.

I have used it with one family for 3 years. I prefer zoom though and choose to use zoom for all my other online lessons.

I also used Hangouts for a few online students for a number of years and it worked just fine. I’ve transitioned to Zoom for everybody now.
