Jazz Musician List

A few people have asked for a list of some Jazz to listen to or to have students listen to. This is a very small list but a good place to start if you want to hear a variety of Jazz styles. There are a couple of women on the list, many pianists and some who sing and play the piano.
You can listen to each of these artists on Youtube. I usually have my laptop on my piano when I teach so I can pull up music whenever I want it.
