Quit or Opportunity

When a student quits I try to be understanding of their situation. I definitely do not want the door to close with that person. Usually, my quits have been due to the students being older adults who travel much of the year.
Today I called one of my travelers and invited him to again attend an intro session to “refresh” his skills. He was delighted and stated that he can’t wait to start again..
.Maybe some people just need a little time to understand the value of Simply Music and perhaps “absence makes the heart grow fonder”?

I have had the same experience. I tell people SM will still be there when they are ready. I find that the less I stress about numbers and the more I focus on bringing my students a top value during their lessons, the less likely people are to quit. But sometimes life just changes for people and they need a break.
