I am wondering if anyone can recommend a web program that teachers can use to have people book into lessons, and also accept payments.
I am particularly interested in this type of facility for my babies – school age music groups that I run. Perhaps it might also be handy for Simply Music?

I’m using a trial version of music teachers helper, which is free for five students. I am also a new teacher, and I’ve found it very good, although I still accept payments through direct debit. The invoicing facility of this website does allow you to use Paypal, as a payment option. It has a calendar and a registration form for student sign up and with the calendar function students/parents can sign up for a class.

I just canceled my Music Teachers Helper subscription after a couple of years. Had frequent accounting issues, especially in the past few months. They are fairly attentive to their service however.
After much research, I chose simplifythis as a replacement. It has a nice online enrollment and invoicing (with auto-billing) component. Like Music Teachers Helper, it also has a place to log lesson notes for students.
