I’m changing my enrolment forms to an online version and I’m stuck on how to word the media release section. In the past, the majority of my students declined the usage of photos/videos of students online for marketing purposes. I’m guessing that in other studios, students are given less or no opportunity to opt out. Would anyone be willing to share their photo/media release wording?

Really good point. Online lessons may require media recording. I think you can still classify your studio’s USE of that media as either marketing (use on website or advertising) or internal (shared only inside your studio among the rest of the student body). The marketing side is much more public obviously and that’s why people opt out. Take a look at my current release for the way I break it down [pianobelloso.com/media-release]
