Disappointed parents

I’d like recommendations on how to handle the feedback from this parent. (Please see below.) They’ve missed the last two and have only come to two classes, up to and finishing the “pentatonic” concept. The recreation only allows refund if they’ve requested for it before…

Sometimes I want to vent all over Facebook or wherever else how disappointing some parents/students can be, but I dare not say anything, because it seems likely to only work against success in cultivating business. Here, though, seems a safe place for me to vent…
